This is a generic Bergeon style spring bar tool (very similar to the significantly more expensive Bergeon S599 tool selling for £25.00 by at least one German web site).

All metal body with machined grips. The forked ends are secured by means of threaded compression caps which lock the ends securely in place.

Supplied with two metal tips, one forked for for compressing spring bars in 'blind hole' type case lugs and the other for open hole designs, ie. those with external access to the spring bar.

The pin seen on the right hand side in the above pic is double ended - the opposite unseen end has an extra fine fork for working in very tight spaces (particularly useful for compressing spring bars in steel bracelets).

Overall length (including replaceable tips) = 150mm
